A client order includes up to three (3) proof revisions at no additional cost. If further changes are required, a $25 charge is applied per proof revision. Clients are encouraged to consolidate requests to one email response to avoid confusion and additional charges.
When reviewing your proofs, it is strongly advised NOT to approve proofs from a cell phone. Look at them on a computer screen. Experience has taught us that occasionally phones will distort the image and colours; we heavily advise that you review your proofs on a computer screen. When requesting changes or inquiring about order details, we ask that the requests are made via email rather than by telephone. By communicating via email, it allows us to keep our clients organized and be able to keep all of your information consolidated, all in efforts to avoid confusion or unnecessary errors.
Because all orders are custom made, we must have final proof approval and payment before production starts. Once approved, anista designs is not responsible for the cost of any additional changes to your order due to spelling errors, incorrect text or design changes. Errors overlooked by the customer and identified after final proof approval will be corrected and reprinted at the expense of the client with a 50% discount of the original price.
Grammar and Punctuation
The following is advised as a checklist (as well as asking someone else to review) both prior to sending text and during proof revision(s):
- Upper and lower case
- Days, dates, times
- Fonts, sizing, layout
Some font styles and characters are restricted to lower or upper case letters or have unique characteristics that look different with various letters of the alphabet. Please inquire prior if there are any concerns.
Once approval of the final proof has been accepted, production will begin. Production times vary depending on the style of invitation and the timing of your order placement. For wedding invitations and other customized stationery, there is a cancellation charge of 25% of your total order or $75, whichever is greater, if your order is cancelled during the proofing process. A cancellation charge of 50% of your total order or $150, whichever is greater, will apply if your order is cancelled after proof approval. Once the printing process has begun, your order is non-refundable.
If there is a printing error due an error overlooked by the client, the cost of the initial order, discounted by 50%. If an error was made on our part, however, anista designs will promptly redo your order at no cost and get it to you as soon as possible.
If a client has received their order and requires additional invitations, a $25 flat set up fee + the cost of invitations will apply.
Assembly of Invitations
Invitation suites will require preparation for mailing. If you would like your invitations to be prepared for mailing (but unsealed), please inquire about our assembly fees. *
*boxed invitations are assembled (for shipped orders only) Pick up boxed orders will be unassembled. Exterior ribbons (if ordered) will require attachment once package is received.
If ordering address labels, please send: a) your return address b) your guest addresses Excel format. Please request our template for assistance.
*Ensure you have all of the streets, states/provinces etc. in the format you are requesting.
We cannot be held responsible for any errors sent over due to incorrect addresses, postal codes/zipcodes etc so please ensure they are correct prior to sending.
Our watermark will be indicated on the digital proof as © anista designs. This will be removed in the production phase of your order. For all card orders, the anista designs logo and url address will be present on the back.
Advertising and Marketing
anista designs corp. reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes, both online and in print. This includes customer designs used as samples in photographs and in advertisements, as well as customer testimonials. If a client is opposed to any aspect of his/her information being used in this manner, he/she must notify anista designs prior to the final proof approval stage.
